It was 2-3 weeks ago when it first began. I didn't mind it much thinking it would get fixed anytime soon, but when searching something up it just kept doing this slowly getting on nerves. As for more info: It's happening when I search something and scroll up or down. It happens less on google search but more on websites. I cleared all of the tabs, it stopped, but it returned after few days. Now even clearing tabs doesn't make it stop.

I don't know if I'm even on right subreddit to ask this question, sorry I'm kinda new.

Moving onto the topic: I've been playing with small clock's pointer so much and yet I can't figure out what I need to do. It only can go one time forward and one time backward. At first there were enemies spawning but now NOTHING. I don't understand what I need to do to pass this time travel thingy.
