Hi is it possible to rearrange and add furniture to the FMEL rooms?

Hi I was offered a room in a two bedroom shared apartment for 1100CHF. My first choice was any room any budget but I wasn't expecting to get a room that expensive. Since it is more expensive than many flatshares outside of FMEL I was wondering if anybody knows why the room is so expensive? Is it biger or has a nicer view than others?
