so we occasionally get this question of "what are the differences between megami device and arcanadea" or something from some guy new to the hobby and i used to always have a copypasta ready for that when i actively posted in here before heading to the discord

i said "screw it" and made a whole guide explaining all the differences, at length, to any guy new to the hobby who wants to read allat (or just the parts about the kits they're looking at) and slapped on some useful links at the end

use it in conjunction with actual reviews from people who know what they're talking about and the mecha musume database linked somewhere in this sub (and at the end of this guide) because i am pretty sure most of this is waffle anyway
