Sometimes simple hikes near our home is the best. I leave my work early after the lunch, pack my backpack quickly, and rushed in the nearby forest. Still amazed by the amount of infrastructure and care that swiss puts into the connection of people to nature. Beginning of the trail starts from the corner of my house, literally. Will revisit that place soon with my wife and kids for sure.

It was a section of famous Tour De Mouveran. It’s easily accessible by cable car from Ovronnaz. Very good option for a weekend hike for non hardcore backpackers, or someone with disabilities (like myself).
