15days eurail for 8-10 places is this enough or should we buy separate tickets??

Hi, this is our second trip to Europe but different side and towns. Your friend here who has little to no knowledge and still trying to figure out needs help LOL. My husband and I are going to Europe next month for 13 days (Mine 2nd, Hubs 3rd time) from

- Edinburgh

- London

- Barcelona (flying from London)

- Switzerland ( Geneva, Bern, Lucerne, Brien, Lugano) - Undecided

- Paris

- Brussels

- Copenhagen (Possible stop at Amsterdam LOL IDK)

- Gothenburg (PORT of EXIT / FLY BACK TO VEGAS)

and I am thinking to get the Eurail Global Pass, but also I have this recommendation from my husband friend who is local in EU (I guess as per se) like Swiss travel pass, and other local sites and we used Italo, Trenitalia before but I am still overwhelmed by this planning. Any other recommendations/help/tips/ will be greatly appreciate. Is the Eurail worth it or should we just get a separate tickets for each town/places? We've learn from last time that even though its a little pricey, we book or buy the tickets on the platform so we are not rushing or in hurry to get to the station just in case we did not make it because we got lost going to the said station like last time. But, also we are aware that some trains are better if booking or do reservations ahead of time. I am a bit more worried about our Switzerland trip as I wanted to go different places in just 2 days but still trying to figure out a best way possible. And also wants to starts booking hotels/bnb as soon as possible as the rate are getting pricey but couldn't figure out coz I want to make sure that its not going to be hassle for us especially we are dragging luggages (2 Carry on & 1 Check In - have to bring goodies for the kiddos). Thank you in advance.
