50+ year old silver oak needs to go..

How realistic would it be to have this bad boy removed all in one go? We’ve had a few quotes of companies willing to take weight off, but no one willing to remove entirely. The house is just outside of shot, power lines running the opposite side. Fences on all sides and she’s massive. She’s destroyed our septic system and must go before a replacement can be installed. Should I add a trellis?

I posted pictures of the girl last year, and took advice. She was fertilized in the spring, trimmed down last year, and now I’m not sure what to do. Do we cut the blooms off the encourage more blooms or leave them as is?

Also, last year it was debated if she was a climber or not. Posting pictures this year to see if anyone knows?
