I am in the process of starting a custom car seat cover business, and I have a person who is willing to do the manufacting but he needs measurements.

Now i have been diging and seeing that 3d scanners exist that can scan the whole car, but after that the problem is translating the 3d into 2d

I saw there exist this software exactflat but i see that the price of it is 7k dollars which is outside my budget right now.

Are there any other creative ways to leverage technology to get these measurements right in 2d format, it doesnt have to be a scanner it can be somoe other device, thanks a lot :)
