Does anyone know what the altitude record in this game is? (Without using the mission editor or mods)

Available at rank 2 or 3 with a cost similar to the Brawler and about half the payload of the Darkreach (no piledrivers). Basically a cheap option for launching waves of PAB or cruise missiles in the early-mid game.
