At this point, after every time Luffy eats, He regain his strength and it seems heal himself from bad injuries too.

Do you think is really the food that heal him or is the power of his devil fruit?

Let me explain.

We can say Luffy's fruit is the power of imagination and he doesn't know yet, so, He thinks that eating can heal him so the devil fruit make it possible? I dont know how to explain otherwise
