Unauthorised seller undercutting our prices on Amazon US, what are our options?

We’re an electronics manufacturer selling worldwide, with official Amazon stores in the US, UK and EU. We also have our brand registered on Amazon

On Amazon US, another seller is selling one of our products for $129.19 while we sell it for $175. They’re running price discounts and taking the Buy Box. We’re FBA, they’re FBM, showing four units in stock and seemingly replenishing as orders come in.

I suspect they’re dropshipping through one of our US distributors. A colleague ordered a unit, and we traced its serial number to a batch we sold to that distributor. The unit also arrived damaged.

I tried reporting them to Amazon for being unauthorised and breaching our MAP policy, but got nowhere.

Has anyone dealt with this successfully? What are our actual options to get their offer removed quickly or stop this from happening?

Urgent advice needed: Switching Graduate Visa to Skilled Worker Dependent (Unmarried vs Civil Partnership timeline issue)

Hi everyone,

Seeking some urgent advice regarding our visa switch strategy. My partner and I are currently facing a tricky timeline and proof-of-address situation. Here are the details:

My Status (Male): I am on a Skilled Worker Visa valid until June 2028.

Partner's Status (Female): She is currently on a Graduate Visa (PSW), which expires on 30th September 2026.

Our Relationship: We have been in a relationship for 2 years. We have lived together for almost the entire 2 years (with a minor 2-4 month gap where we lived apart but visited each other constantly).

We are considering two routes but are deeply confused about which one is safer for us:

Route 1: Unmarried Partner Visa

We want to prove our 2-year cohabitation/relationship, but our living arrangement paperwork is complicated:

The Living/Tenancy Issue: The tenancy agreement/lease is solely in my name (the male partner). My female partner is living with me, but her name is not on the contract. Furthermore, all utility bills are fully included in the rent, so there are no gas/electricity bills in either of our names.

The Landlord Issue: We cannot get a letter from the landlord confirming her residence here.

Our Evidence:

We have a recently opened joint bank account statement.

Crucially, we both have our individual bank statements showing this exact same address, which we believe clearly proves our proof of address.

She is registered at the GP here, showing we have been in the same county/council area.

I have my UK driving licence registered at this address.

We have a solid relationship timeline: plenty of pictures, chat logs, hotel bookings, and train tickets from traveling together.

The Catch: While she has some official letters, managing/finding a continuous stream of official letters addressed to her for the full 2-year span is going to be quite difficult.

Route 2: Civil Partnership

Since the Unmarried Partner route feels risky due to the lack of a joint lease and landlord letter, we looked into a Civil Partnership. However, we hit a massive timeline roadblock with our local council:

The earliest appointment to Give Notice is 28th July 2026.

Because we are on visas, the Home Office will likely trigger the 71-day referral period, meaning our earliest ceremony date will be around 7th October 2026.

Her Graduate Visa expires on 30th September 2026—exactly one week before the earliest ceremony date.

Our Questions:

1 Given our specific evidence (Individual bank statements showing the same address, GP registration, joint bank account, chats/photos, but NO landlord letter, NO joint tenancy, and weak 2-year official mail history for her), what are the chances of rejection for the Unmarried Partner Visa? How risky is this case?

2 If we choose the Civil Partnership route, can we submit her visa application before 30th September to protect her Section 3C leave, even though the final ceremony/certificate will only happen on 7th October? Will the Home Office instantly reject the application because the partnership hasn't happened yet, or is there a safe way to time the application and biometrics?

Any insights, similar experiences, or advice on how to navigate this would be highly appreciated. Thank you so much!

Partner refused Spain Visa (Clause 13) at BLS London due to photo mix-up & PSW visa. What are the exact steps to appeal?

Hey guys, looking for some urgent advice on a pretty frustrating situation with the Spanish Consulate in London (submitted through BLS London Premium).

My partner and I applied together for a trip to Spain. Honestly, our applications were completely identical. We live together at the same address, had the same travel dates, booked the same hotel (just separate bookings under our names), and both have high salaries, solid savings, good credit card limits, clean employment letters, etc.

We got our passports back after about a month, with a 3 month visa issued to me. But my partner got rejected under Clause 13 (reasonable doubts about leaving the territory before expiry).

We think two major things screwed her over:

  1. I’m on a UK Skilled Worker visa with a long expiry, but she’s on a Graduate/PSW visa that expires at the end of this year. We figure the consulate flagged her for lack of ties to the UK because of that.
  2. We paid for the premium appointment and got our photos taken directly at the BLS centre. When we opened her refusal pack, we found 5 photos of a completely different woman in her folder. BLS appears to have mixed up her files or biometrics with someone else. What are the odds that this refusal was supposed to be for that woman?

Our trip was supposed to be the first week of June for her birthday, which is obviously ruined now, so we accept that we have to push the dates back.

But we really need help with the logistics of how to actually appeal this.

  • Do we just change our travel dates, book new flights/hotels for later in the summer, and use those for the appeal?
  • What is the actual step-by-step procedure to appeal to London? Do we just walk into BLS with the paperwork, or do we have to bypass them completely and go straight to the consulate?
  • How should we highlight the photo mix-up in the letter? Should we physically include the wrong photos they gave us?
  • Also, would attaching a copy of my newly approved visa help prove we are a genuine couple travelling together?

If anyone has gone through the appeal process with the London consulate or dealt with BLS mixing up documents, please let me know how it works. Thanks so much.
