Has anyone been experiencing Claude in Cowork not able to follow instructions or ask questions already answered 4 chats before in same session?
I've noticed this becoming more frequent in the last two weeks. This happens even if I keep the session focused on one activity/topic and handing over to new sessions when we reach about 10 chats in a session.
It's wasting time and eating up tokens. Very annoyed by this.
