Hi there I'm UK based so getting actually medicated is very difficult, I have severe anxiety and CPTSD so I've been self medicating with diazepam for a few years now. Long story short my plug has become very unreliable. I have been through withdrawal before and it was hell so I really don't want that to happen again, my health definitely couldn't handle that again.

Please can people help me out with a new plug thank you in advance.
