We have just reserved our new build with Barratt Homes. We have ordered and paid for the Pearl kitchen upgrade as this was sold as premium with AEG appliances, plinth lights, better worktops etc and the kitchen really matters to us. We get an invoice through with ‘Electrolux’ appliances listed not AEG like we saw in the show home and the worktop we were told we could get was the artic marble (laminated chipboard). Are they cutting corners? Does anyone know if we should be allowed say a quartz worktop and definite AEG appliances? I can’t find in writing what the pearl upgrade package specifically includes. It’s all been word of mouth. Your help is appreciated 😃
