Symptoms - tingling in feet, lethargic, weak, burning, shortness of breath,
Heart palpitations, bugs under skin.

These symptoms come in waves is this normal? One minute feel my old self the next feel so unwell. Worse in mornings very shakey and weak feeling.

Just started first B12 injection today. Any advice welcome 🙂
