New techs

I’m really struggling with whether I’m the asshole in this situation. I’ve been a tech for about a year and a half now, and I frequently train techs who say they have a similar amount of experience as I do. I’ve been getting so frustrated with these techs because they don’t know their planes or anatomy. I can’t tell them to “look at the corpus callosum on that sagittal” without them looking at me like I’m speaking Chinese. Not a single one of them can locate the prostate and so much worse. What is happening here? How did they pass the ARRT if they don’t know these things?
I’ve also haven’t been very patient about it because the whole situation is just mind-boggling to me, and it makes the entire training process ten times harder. I’m training on our facilities workflow, our auto injector and where supplies are this isn’t clinicals.
