For all the CS job applicants out there, in 2026, do you prefer a traditional LeetCode question still, or take-home projects? I feel like although LeetCode does tell one's capability and problem-solving skills, in the modern age of AI, you will almost never use these skills directly, and a lot of times are replaced by working hand-in-hand with AI tools in real work environment. Won't takehome projects be a better way to assess one's capability?
