RPG style buJo?

Since I started bujoing, I've always ended up flavoring mine like RPG games, inspired by TTRPG's like dungeons and dragons AND like video-game RPG's

I'm also someone who has some seeerious serious organization and procrastination issues. I can seriously neglect doing important stuff so having good systems in place is a life changer.

Anyway journaling is the best thing I've found and I love bujo as a base for a journal. I tried gamification apps like habitica but found they were TOO much of a game, and the rewards were all just artificial. I didn't feel like it was actually helping me in real life, and it was a pain to keep track of.

I had a look into some other Life RPG systems and they all also seemed painfully hard to use, because they were too system heavy. So I'm trying to make something that strikes a nice balance between those things. So that instead of trying to make an RPG game out of your life, you are trying to just look at your life, like you're a character in an RPG, if that makes any sense at all.

Have a look at these messy pictures of how I'm structuring it out (Note: These are old pics and I'm actually trying to strip it back even more...), my ultimate goal is a system that is flavoured like an RPG, but doesn't get in your way and actually helps you level up real life habits/skills, instead of being another chore to get through. I do software as well so trying to get some digital helpers for character creation/quest writing/XP tracking. So the system side is easier.

Unhinged rant over, anyone experimented with this over a long time?

Late to the party and new to cover pages

Been on the bullet journal buzz for a little while now. Never thought about doing cover pages but after seeing the ones here thinking I need to give it a crack. My step 1. Draw anything.
