How long is too long to wait to be seen for a scheduled appointment? The last 10x I’ve gone in to visit my PC doctor, I’ve had to wait at least 45 minutes just to be seen for maybe a 20 minute appointment. While I understand people being squeezed in to address pressing matters like bronchitis and stuff, this seems excessive. I always feel like a problem going out to ask the nurses when I’ll be seen at the 45 minute mark, but I work full-time, have a family, and this really isn’t fair to me or my schedule either.

Idk. I don’t want to be a jerk about this and I’d like to confirm I’d be doing the right thing by leaving. I appreciate any and all input on this.
