Why settle for a boring ol' garage door when you could have one inspired by Vault-Tec!? All you need is a projector, a pencil, and some paints!

Found in Northwest Indiana. My mom has no idea how this got there, and she's pretty freaked out. This is the only photo I have at the moment, until I go over there. But I can say the width of that railing is roughly 7 or 8 inches wide. Was this placed there by a person? An animal? What is this thing?
