Hello everyone,
I’m 22 years old.
I sustained an avulsion fracture of the distal phalanx (tip bone) of my ring finger involving my dog's leash—essentially a bony mallet finger. I would appreciate your thoughts on the situation: has anyone experienced something similar, and what treatment would be recommended in my case? I would really like to avoid surgery if at all possible.
