I am acquiring a boutique Property tax appeals business in the coming months. As of now it is run off of a spreadsheet. The business has been around for 20+ years. The spreadsheet goes back a decade. There is very little reporting and analytics as the spreadsheet is hodgepodge at best. I’d like to find a CRM that would capture all client data, property records, correspondence, appeal outcomes, builds quarterly reports, etc. Of course we also have a limited budget. Under 10 employees as of now. Handles about 3500 appeals a year. Any suggestions on what CRM to look at? TIA!
