Repeated quad injury

I have now strained my quad three times from SoulCylcle. The first was three years ago and the second was about a year ago. Just did it again. Does anyone else have this problem? What am I doing wrong? I stretch before and after. And during class I never feel like I’m going THAT hard. It’s the next day that I can barely walk. I can’t go up or down stairs very well and my leg is very swollen. How do I prevent this from happening again 😭
