Better to rethread the header or just get a new one

I have a 89 22re pickup 4x4. The one of the bolt holes on the bottom of the header that bolts to the down pipe is completely stripped. I cant rethread it with put removing the header. Any suggestions? Or should I just buy a new one. Just FYI I a female I try to do all the work myself.

Found these at a thrift store. Wasn't wanting to sell them but would just like to know what they are worth. They are all open, a couple of the boxes are in fair condition and others better, but all the cards are in perfect condition
