Broke a Tooth at Work, Will there be a drug test?
Obviously burner account, but i broke a tooth at work while working normally, nothing outstanding just incident. I had witnesses, including a coworker and a client, reported the injury immediately after, at which point the insurance scheduled an appointment at the dentist's office the tomorrow and received the authorization letter for the dental office to evaluate and then treat my tooth, provided I return with corroborating medical reports and related charges. I smoke pot, and have found out that people get post-accident drug screening for workers comp (if i had known that, trust me, wouldnt have ever risked it.) My injury did occur in client's home, not the store facilities or in a vehicle. I haven't gotten a notice yet regarding a drug test of any kind, am I to be expecting one? And if so, what can i expect?
