Business Loan Bankcruptcy
I have a paid off house approax 1.3M , I took a business loan of around 600k . If i file bankcruptcy can the lender come after my house ? I dont have any other property or any assets. Has someone experience dealing with such situations ? I have some savings in RRSP and TFSA .
