Pictured is the (1) interior and (2) exterior fastener of a luggage handle hardware piece. Please advise kindly how I could go about removing it so as to replace the handle on my own since the company will not send me replacement parts or instructions but insists I pay for official luggage repair. (I tried!) thank you :-)
