20 Days in April: Tokyo - Hakone - Nakasendo - Kyoto - Kinosaki/Ine - Osaka - Ise - Tokyo. Too fast-paced?

Hi everyone!
I'm planning a ~20-day trip to Japan this April (April 8th – 28th).
After doing some research (and cutting Takayama, Kamikochi, and Sumatakyo due to the line closures/logistics), I built this revised itinerary.
My main question: I’m trying to decide whether this is a well-balanced trip or if it’s too packed with constant moving around. Is the travel time between places worth it for this combination of destinations, or should I cut something (e.g., Kinosaki/Ine or Ise) to have a more relaxed pace?
Here is the daily breakdown:
Tokyo (Apr 8–14 / 6 nights)
Apr 8: Arrival. Evening in Shinjuku (Omoide Yokocho & Golden Gai).
Apr 9: Asakusa (Senso-ji), Yanaka, Shibamata.
Apr 10: Day trip to Nikko (Toshogu, Taiyuin, Kanmangafuchi, Kegon Falls, Lake Chuzenji).
Apr 11: Shinjuku Gyoen, Meiji Jingu, Harajuku, Omotesando. Sunset at Shibuya Sky.
Apr 12: Day trip to Kamakura & Enoshima (Hiking trail from Kita-Kamakura to Daibutsu, Hase-dera, Enoden to Enoshima for sunset).
Apr 13: Morning in Kawagoe, afternoon Akihabara/teamLab, evening in Shimokitazawa or Koenji.
Hakone (Apr 14–15 / 1 night)
Apr 14: Romancecar from Shinjuku (8:00 AM). Hike Old Tokaido highway (Hatajuku to Moto-Hakone) with Amazake-chaya stop. Lake Ashi, Cedar Avenue, Hakone Shrine. Loop to Owakudani via ropeway. Ryokan + Onsen.
Nakasendo Trail: Magome–Tsumago (Apr 15–16 / 1 night)
Apr 15: Hakone to Odawara -> Shinkansen to Nagoya -> Chuo Line to Nakatsugawa -> Bus to Magome. Early afternoon hike from Magome to Tsumago (8km). Night in Tsumago ryokan.
Kyoto (Apr 16–20 / 4 nights)
Apr 16: Morning walk in Tsumago -> Train to Kyoto (arr. lunch). Ninna-ji (Omuro late-blooming cherry blossoms), evening in Gion.
Apr 17: Fushimi Inari early morning, Uji (Byodo-in). Evening in Pontocho.
Apr 18: Ginkaku-ji, Philosopher's Path, Nanzen-ji, Higashiyama, Kiyomizu-dera sunset.
Apr 19: Morning in Ohara, afternoon hike Kurama to Kibune.
Ine & Kinosaki Onsen (Apr 20–21 / 1 night)
Apr 20: Early train Kyoto -> Amanohashidate (Kasamatsu viewpoint) -> Bus to Ine (Funaya boat tour + lunch). Afternoon bus/train to Kinosaki Onsen. Onsen hopping in yukata.
Osaka (Apr 21–23 / 2 nights)
Apr 21: Kinosaki ropeway in the morning, direct train to Osaka. Evening in Dotonbori & Shinsekai.
Apr 22: Morning in Minoh Falls & Katsuo-ji. Afternoon Osaka Castle / Kuromon Market / Denden Town. Evening in Ura-Namba.
Ise (Apr 23–24 / 1 night)
Apr 23: Kintetsu Express from Namba to Ise. Geku, Naiku, Okage Yokocho.
Apr 24: Sunrise at Meoto Iwa (Wedded Rocks), Kintetsu to Nagoya -> Shinkansen to Tokyo.
Tokyo (Apr 24–28 / 4 nights)
Apr 24–27: Free days / day trips (Mt. Mitake, Tsukiji/Ginza, teamLab, shopping).
Apr 28: Flight home from Haneda.
Questions:
Is adding both Ine/Kinosaki AND Ise pushing it too much in terms of check-ins, transit, and luggage management?
If you had to drop one side-trip to make the itinerary more enjoyable, which one would you trim?
Any specific day that looks too unrealistic time-wise?
We plan on using luggage forwarding (Yamato Transport) heavily to avoid lugging big suitcases on buses and local trains.
Thanks a lot for any advice or suggestions!
Vuoi che aggiunga o modifichi qualche dettaglio (es. se viaggi da solo, in coppia, o se hai esigenze particolari sulle valigie)?
