How long can they keep postponign this meeting? It's been postponed many times starting first week of July.

SEQC and Allegro Merger Corp are planning a merger. There is a warrant amendment that forces conversion of all warrants to 1/10 a share of SEEQC. They need 65% of warrant holders to vote yes for that. It looks like the vote was supposed to be July 7th and it has now been postponed many times in a row to August 14th. If the amendment doesn't pass, warrant holders get the original warrant terms.

I'm a longtime investor in SPACs and had a few big wins (PRPLW and IEAWW) in the past. Anyone have an interest in exchanging ideas in a TG room for SPACs? Or know of a good room that's out there already?
