exercises to do for quads?

hi! for quads, i usually do leg press, leg extension, and smith machine squats. i would do hack squats but my gym does not have that machine. i want to stop doing smith machine squats because i have really weak knees and the last time i did them i pulled a muscle 🫠 any recommendations on other quad exercises to do? i was thinking of goblet squats but lmk!

what to do with so many glass jars?

i have started buying from my local farmer but all of the items are packaged in glass jars like these, ranging from 8 oz to 64 oz. i saved the ones from last week but i realized the more i keep buying, the more glass jars i will have. what do i do with them?

edit: they do not take back the glass jars

how long should i be working out?

i have been working out for 3 months and have definitely seen progress. whenever i go i usually do 4-6 exercises, 2x until failure, 2 minute rest between set. i finish my workouts in 30-40 minutes (excluding cardio), but everyone who goes at my usual time is usually working out for over an hour. am i doing something wrong????

hi! i am planning on going to university of siena’s dental program once i graduate high school as it is 5x cheaper than the u.s. and i am eligible for their scholarship. once i graduate college, i was planning on moving to liguria but am open to other northern regions like tuscany and emilia romagna.

the summer before i graduate i am going to take a summer trip for a few weeks to a month to explore tuscany, liguria, emilia romanga, and other regions before i decided to actually move there. i am flying into bologna and was wondering if it’s worth it to do worldpackers to save some money on food and a place to stay. i love to volunteer and know basic italian, enough to conversate. if i do worldpackers will i have enough time to explore neighborhoods or should i just pay for my own hostels? if it helps my budget is $3000-4000.

hi! i am planning on moving to italy and going to the university of siena’s dental program once i graduate high school. i am eligible for their scholarship and dental school in the u.s. will cause me to go into an absurd amount of debt. once i am older, i wanted to move to liguria (i am from miami and love the coastal life).

before i move to italy i was planning on doing a summer trip in 2028 for a few weeks to a month either in june or july. i want to explore tuscany, liguria, and emilia romanga and even other regions if possible. i do not care for tourist attractions i just want to visit those areas to see if i actually still want to live there before i decide on moving to college there. where would be the cheapest area to fly into and cheapest hostels? i am very good on conserving money and have already saved about $1000 for this trip
