I usually get $40 oz at Sma'knis but they've been out for a few days. I'm too embarrassed and socially awkward to ask the other shops directly. Does anyone know another shop with a similar price?
So we've had our house for 5 years and it is up for renewal in August with RBC. I don't want to leave RBC (since it's a rather complicated co-mortgage) but I do want to get the best possible rate, obviously.
Currently the balance is 57,959.77 at a 3.55% variable rate.
By phone we were offered 5 year variable at 3.77% or 3 year fixed at 4.01%
I would greatly appreciate any advice. Thank you.
