AC3 Remastered PS5 — still 30 FPS. Sign if you cares.
I’m going to cut straight to the point.
Assassin's Creed Origins – 60 FPS on PS5.
Assassin's Creed Odyssey – 60 FPS on PS5.
Assassin's Creed Syndicate – finally got a 60 FPS patch.
Assassin's Creed III Remastered on Xbox Series X|S – already runs at 60 FPS via FPS Boost.
Assassin's Creed III Remastered on PS5 – still locked at a miserable 30 FPS.
This makes zero sense.
AC3 Remastered isn't some forgotten spin-off. It’s the definitive edition of one of the most ambitious games in the series — the Kenway saga finale, bundled with Liberation and all DLC. Connor’s animations, the Frontier parkour, the brutal tomahawk combat… all of it was made to be experienced in fluid motion, not a stuttering 30 frames.
Ubisoft have already proven this game can run at 60 FPS without issues. The Xbox version handles it flawlessly through a simple system-level boost. The PS5 is more than powerful enough to do the same. We’re not asking for a native next-gen port. No DualSense gimmicks. No ray tracing. Just one tiny config change to remove the cap from the PS4 version running via backward compatibility.
A few of us have started a petition to make this impossible to ignore. It takes thirty seconds to sign, and it might just tip the scales.

If you’ve ever wanted to replay AC3 without your eyes bleeding, or if you’re a new fan who skipped it because of the framerate — now’s your moment. Upvote for visibility, share in the comments, crosspost wherever you can. Let’s make sure Ubisoft remembers that Assassin's Creed III is part of the family too.
Nothing is true, everything is permitted — but 30 FPS in 2026 is just unforgivable.
