got tired of every planning app having 40 fields. Sunday would end with a configured workspace and no actual plan and Ghat GPT won't cut it because it's too soft and never pushes back and forgets about my existing plan all the time.

made apexplanner.app. it's a gpt that walks you through sunday planning in about 5 min, drops the time blocks straight into google calendar, then morning and evening check-ins. that's it. no projects, no tags, no kanban.

biggest thing i learned building it: planning is a thinking problem, not a data entry one. forms make you fill in answers, conversations make you actually decide.
