Anyone else dealing with imposter syndrome in grad school?

I’m in a Clinical Mental Health Counseling program and work part-time as a behavioral health tech. I’m getting experience, but I still constantly feel like I don’t know enough to eventually be a competent counselor.

I know I’m supposed to be learning, but the imposter syndrome is hard to shake. For those who’ve been through counseling/clinical programs or other grad programs, what helped you build confidence and stop feeling like you weren’t qualified?

Note: I also posted this in a general grad school subreddit, but think it's a better fit here if anyone has any advice!

Lunch ideas for a student schedule and budget?

Heyo! I'm a clinical psych grad student and struggling to find quick, cheap, and semi healthy meals for the week. What are your favorite lunch items to bring on the go?
