Just need some advice, I’ve been living in my house since 2017, bought my house at around $125k and its currently estimated value (according to Zillow) is $207k. I live in South Texas, and currently the house could use some upgrades and renovations. I would need a new roof, siding and windows. Would HELOC be a good route for me? My interest rate on the house is 3.5%, and I currently still owe roughly 86k still.

My resume is pretty solid and I have a BS degree and several certifications. Just want to ask, what type of questions do they like to ask during interviews or have asked you (specifically for a military base if possible), and how should I prepare or look over?
While traveling in Japan I stopped at a pet store and saw this snake and was curious if anybody could identify what snake it is? There’s a caution sign and the snake does have split pupil so I’m assuming it’s possibly venomous

I currently have my BS in Safety and currently working on my Masters, with a plan to get my CSP (I applied for my GSP as well). I have some military time as a MP, and work currently in security while I’m going to school. With that being said, I have applied for a position for a military base as a safety specialist and was wondering if anyone has any tips for me, like what questions they may ask me during the interview process, and what I’ll be doing particularly as a safety specialist on base as I have never worked in a safety position before including what standards I should particularly should brush up on, etc.
