I’m starting y12 soon and literally have a week until I need to discuss my options with my college. These are the options that I have thought about. I don’t really know what I want to do in the future- clinical psychology has always interested me but i don’t know how many years I’ll be spending at uni and I’ve been told it takes ages but I’m still willing to try.

I’m absolutely NOT good at maths and I might be scraping a 6 on results day.. econ I guess was a backup, it does interest me though if I look into law also.

But with this combination I struggle to see alternative paths that I could go down which I’m hoping to find through this post. I don’t know what to change and I don’t know if I want to.

I heard that the narrative question is going to be changed to write ‘an opening’ rather than a full story? This might sound stupid but.. what does an opening even look like, where do I end it? Do I still have to write like 5 paragraphs? I usually pre plan my stories with a bunch of adaptable descriptions and characters (it saves me time, I’m not really going to debate that. It works for me) but I’m guessing I can’t introduce that many or make it that long? Help :/
