Did anyone got approved recently? And how soon you got nvc welcome letter after approval?

My case approved at USCIS Aug 7th officially and case closed. When would i hear from NVC welcome letter. Did anyone approved recently and case transferred to NVC? How long that process takes to transfer the case?
