I’ve already paid the counselling fee, but what happens if I’m unable to pay the total fee before 31st May?

i js wanted to know if i’ll get my counseling fee or total fee refunded if i decide not to join the college later ?

i got RT in chem but i have passed in overall and i want to pursue btech biotechnology in srm ( i already got main campus in ) what should i do ? how it will effect my enrollment?
