I own a therapy office co-working space in the US. We have been open for 6 months and we have a waitlist to join the space. We’re opening our second location this year, and I’m in a fickle position where we have the customers but don’t have the inventory (rooms) to fulfill the demand. I’d really love our second location to be much larger than our current one but of course, that requires capital.
