Which one should I buy? M1 Max 16" vs. M2 Max 16"
I'm planning to buy a used MacBook Pro 16-inch and I'm stuck between these two options. Both have 32GB RAM and 1TB SSD.
- Option 1: M1 Max (24-core GPU) - $1,025
- Option 2: M2 Max (38-core GPU) - $1,350
I’m trying to decide if the M2 Max is worth the extra $325. I’ll be using it for video editing
Is the performance jump and the extra GPU cores significant enough to justify the $325 difference, or should I save the money and go with the M1 Max? Would love to hear your thoughts
