Sleep paralysis after epilepsy surgery
I just experienced my first sleep paralysis ever admit was the yuckiest feeling. I think I don’t want to sleep again ever.
I’m in the hospital recovering from brain surgery. I’ve been pumped up on drugs the last few days but reduced the amount quite significantly yesterday because I felt so out of it. So I’m in bed, and in my mind I’m in a bunk bed and my sister is there, climbing over me to get to my shit (iykyk). I realize, I should not be in a bunk but in my hospital bed and a few minutes later she returns and spoons me. I felt the weight of her body on me and it freaked me out. I couldn’t move and tried to scream but couldn’t do anything. I guess I’m glad it was my sister cuddling me and not a demon choking me but this was absolutely horrifying and I’m scared to go back to sleep.
