I feel like the precautions we received from nuclear medicine are super lax. Dose was 200 mci. Essentially hygiene protocols were only 3 days. And most others only a day or two. Not sleeping with children was 10 days which was the only long one. I feel like these all should be longer!

Partner isolated for 6 days away from home. Came home 7th day. He wanted to jump right back into life as normal. I’m having him still use a separate bathroom, and I’m not sleeping in the same bed.

We are on day 8 and l am not comfortable with any of it. How can I trust the information we got…. All I can think about is the risk to me and my small kids. Any advice is appreciated.
