Hello,

Sometimes I'm late and I plan on using ppto but I have noticed sometimes if I wait a couple of days and I don't apply the ppto I still don't have half a point. This has happened to me a few different times.

This past Sunday I was an hour and 15 minutes late for work. Usually I put in my ppto the next day or so but I noticed that I didn't get any points for being late

Does anybody know why this happens? I do have the hours but if I'm not going to be pointed I might as well save it
