I purchased a new home with an existing video surveillance system and would like to add an additional camera but I need admin access (prev owners) and can’t figure out how to reset. Can someone point me in the right direction here?

The system is Speco. I did not locate a reset on back of box. Did not locate a reset on inside, and have submitted password reset via the Speco online tech support (no response) and called Speco tech support and waited an embarrassing amount of time for no pickup, or callback.
