If all version of your oc met, what would happend?

Assuming they call a temporary truce, it would go like this: The reincarnated Tsuyuha and the adult Tsuyuha would immediately adopt the child Tsuyuha, since they are the only adults. The Pokémon Trainer Tsuyuha would get along very well with the (good) Demon Tsuyuha, mostly just sitting in silence together. The original Tsuyuha, Kimetsu Academy Tsuyuha, and Witch Hat Atelier Tsuyuha would talk about chemistry and drawing. The Demon Tsuyuha, meanwhile, would be left out, though eventually, she would chat a bit with the (good) Demon Tsuyuha and the Pokémon Trainer Tsuyuha.

Tsuyuha would be in the Witch Hat Atelier universe. Sumire would be in the Apothecary Diaries universe. Kiko would be in the MHA universe, and Shizu would be in the Assasinatium Classroom universe.

if your OC became Nezuko how would the Kamado Squad change?

In Tsuyuha's case, Tanjiro would become Giyu. To make the ship between Nezuko and Zenitsu work, we replace Zenitsu with Muichiro, and the same goes for Kanao with Shinobu. Inosuke would be swapped for Sanemi, and Genya would be swapped for Rengoku, since he needs to be friends with Giyu.

what would be the worst fight your OC could have?

For Tsuyuha, the battle against Doma is certainly excruciating, both because he killed Kanae and because he could manipulate and psychologically torment her greatly. The second battle would be against Gyocco, for his ability with the water jar, because Tsuyuha can't swim and is claustrophobic.
