Plz someone help me i have recieved registration form but there is no enclosure pdf attached anywhere what should i do i have already mailed multiple times

I have recieved one offer letter mail nd one registration form mail having the names of documents to be submitted and all so far there is no enclosure pdf plz somebody help didnt recieved payment reciept either
