Basically, the GSV have been punking the Aces. The Aces big three cannot score some lessons for the Fever to learn here you must play defense to go anywhere in the WNBA playoffs.

What is crazier about this series so far during the regular season the Aces dominated the GSV winning all 4 games and 3 games by over twenty points. Go figure now the Aces are a lot more injured than they were in the regular season.

Before this series the Aces are 7-1 vs the GSV all time. I did not see this level of play coming from GSV they just beat Dallas by the smallest of margins but that is how it goes in sports. You just never know when your time is despite how you played.

1. To win the FIBA championship you have to play 7 out of 10 days. Why put our stars through that right before the playoffs.
2. We are 90% through the WNBA season lets finish the WNBA season first.
3. What if heaven forbid a star gets injured playing these games. It is a more physical style of basketball in FIBA freedom of movement does not exist.
4. Sending our stars and coaches overseas when they should be getting ready for the playoffs.
5. I think because of this long break there is a potential for teams to get out of rhythm going into the playoffs.

On a silly note maybe, the Fever can use the twenty days to learn how to play defense again 109 points is not cutting the mustard.

I think it is a good problem to have having both KM and CC being in the discussion for MVP. The reality is the MVP most likely goes to Miles or Aja.

It is rare in any sport to have two players on the same team competing for the MVP. Because of KM historic scoring tear that has not ended I think she has a slight edge over CC. But if both continue to play at this level for the next 9 games they both should be considered.

We can only hope that they do not cancel one another out and one of them wins it. At this point they are both deserving but both have high mountains to climb to unseat Aja and Miles.

After letting up 108 points to Reese and the Dream last night imagine if the Fever just played average defense. Unfortunately, our defense this year has been the biggest issue holding this team back from being a good team.

Basically 1/3 of the season gone can our players and coaches fix the defense in 2026 to make us the team we all want to see. So far other than a few games teams score on us at will and I am talking about the good and bad teams.

We shot over 50% last night basically our entire roster, but we let up over 50% shooting to the Dream. Plus, we get outscored in the paint way to often in 2026.

Fingers crossed we learn to play some defense again and turn this around.

How is MHA not starting at this point? Billings unfortunately has been a major free agent bust maybe worst free agent in 2026. I have no idea what is going on with her she is invisible every time she plays and in all reality is giving us nothing to impact the game on most nights.

Is she the reason there is quote locker room drama? This is starting to feel like Bonner all over again. Are we just cursed with free agent power forward signings it is starting to feel that way.

I like Mo off the court on the court I just do not know what she is doing like a deer in headlights.

It is almost unheard of in basketball for a player to have three straight games without scoring. I ask this with all seriousness will Mo get a basket against NY?

Come on Mo lets go we need some scoring from our starting PF.

Does anyone know what is going on with her this year? Is she hurt does she not like our system?

Whatever it is we at least need some points from Mo.

Not complaining but 4 games in 15 calendar days just seems like allot of rest to start the season. For sure longer breaks in the W than the NBA that is for sure. Probably good for us get rested and healthy but how do you stay in rhythm.
