Loan Estimate Thought?

First-time homebuyer, locked 4.99% rate, 16% down on conventional (wanted extra cash in pocket), and taxes / insurance should be slightly less since it will be a new construction build with all closing costs covered. What does everyone think? I think I got away pretty good considering how things are !

What do we think of this Loan Estimate.

First-time homebuyer, locked 5.49% rate, 20% down on conventional, and taxes / insurance should be slightly less since it will be a new construction build with all closing costs covered. Anything I should be weary of or ask my lender?
