The first picture is 1 month old, the second picture I took today. Is it getting better? Is there any positive difference? I'm only using acnes facewash and adapalene clear cream on acne spots.

Using adapalene clear cream on acne spots gets better or lighter for 1 2 days then again the same like it was.
