When his eyes are purple, he seems to be enraged or under the influence of the wild virus similar to blue cop in the first episode. He seems to be under extreme distress after seeing the star guardian symbol and even after trying to get as far away as possible. My Theory is back on Machina maybe he met a powerful wild cardbot(Tyrant zero) that was able to infect him with a powerful version of the beast virus, being able to have three beast abilities as opposed to the usual one and the reason he was so scared of the star guardians is (stay with me here) he was sentenced to death. I meant thats not really a far stretch considering he did commit mass genocide of the entire rapid tribe. and maybe a little bit more insanity theorizing maybe Tyrant zero or forced his hand to do all those things which is why he is so scared and paranoid
