Lead generation & contracts
Hey guys! I’m a license real estate agent and I went with an investment brokerage out in Tampa because they have MANY strategies and a huge buyer database. Now I have been calling a million numbers on propstream , knocking doors , driving for dollars, using bandit signs , you name it . I’m actually about to make a website through my brokerage. They mentioned something about SEO &PPC . All of this just to get one contract .
Last month, I almost got a lady under contract but someone outbidded me .she text me yesterday to tell me the inspection period was taking to long and if my offer was still on the table , I told her yes and she said she would reach out in a few days . Another lead was from ispeed to leads. Had the deal right in my hand but she felt that I disrespected her with my offer which was $15k below her asking price . I’m still trying to work that lead
I say all of that to say nothing is working ! But I’m not giving up, what have yall been doing ? When yall were in yall beginning stages , how did you find motivated sellers ?
